We would like to apologize for the delay of OSSIA processing time.
This past 2 months we have to go back and forth to hospitals.
Our beloved 1 year old son got a health problem on December 25th and have to stay at hospital for a week.
On January 25th he got the health problem back and stay another week in hospital.
Because of the stresses and fatigue, my wife Linda who brought You the fullset edition OSSIA have to stay at hospital for a week on February 5th.
On the same date I have to rest at home because of typhus.
We as a Dreamhigh Studio representative would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the very long waiting time for OSSIA (especially the fullset).
Thank you very much for your patience and kind understanding during the waiting time.
We'll try our best to ship OSSIA in 2 weeks :)
We're now healthy and happy.
